Talent Assessment 

  We provide a pre-hire qualitative psycho-diagnostic assessment for employment. This is a semi-structured interview to evaluate a potential employee's psychological and personality characteristics to further understand company fit. This assessment uses qualitiative data from  interview responses, behavioral observations, and open-ended questions. 

Transitional/Onboarding Coaching

Upon hire, we collaborate with our clients and their employer's to define success and key growth milestones, how they advance company goals and adjust to company culture.  

Personalized Impact Coaching

Our therapeutic insights inform our coaching using ELEVATE Concepts. We guide and direct clients to help them achieve their personal goals while aligning with the company's measures of success and expectations.
